Position: SCM Track Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCM Track Leader to join our team. As the SCM Track Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of supply chain management for our clients. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet the needs of our clients
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
• Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Supply chain certification (e.g. APICS, CSCP) is a plus
