Logistics Coordinator - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods and materials for our company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics management and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Coordinate the transfer of goods and materials between suppliers, warehouses, and customers
• Ensure timely delivery of orders by monitoring transportation schedules and tracking shipments
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and supply chain activities
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays
• Prepare shipping documents, including customs declarations, invoices, bills of lading, etc.
• Monitor transportation costs to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Continuously improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Indian national with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

This job is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
