As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control and management in our company. Your main duties will include maintaining accurate inventory records, analyzing stock levels and trends, implementing inventory management systems and procedures, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and efficient supply chain operations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of supply chain processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. You should also have experience using inventory management software and be familiar with industry best practices.

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements
• Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving efficiency
• Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Train and supervise inventory staff members
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
• Identify obsolete or slow-moving items and develop strategies for their disposal or sale
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management
• Proficiency in using inventory management software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
