We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics or related field and must be able to work independently. Preference will be given to Indian nationals or those already holding valid visas. We also welcome fresh graduates who are looking to get a head start in the logistics sector.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing freight costs, arranging shipments and tracking orders. You will work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Additionally, you will need to monitor inventory levels and update databases accordingly.

• Coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to customers
• Monitoring inventory levels and updating databases accordingly
• Negotiating freight costs with suppliers
• Communicating with suppliers and customers regarding delivery times
• Tracking orders through the supply chain process
• Managing documentation related to shipments such as invoices, packing lists etc.
• Keeping up-to-date records of shipments and deliveries
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations related to shipping goods internationally
