Supply Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Supply Manager Assistant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for an English speaking job and does not have prior experience in supply management.

• Assist the Supply Manager in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and tracking deliveries
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Support the development of supply strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Pakistani nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
