The Demand Supply Planner is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for forecasting demand, planning supply, and coordinating production plans to ensure product availability and minimal stock‑outs or excess inventory. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales and market data, preparing demand and supply forecasts, aligning with procurement and production teams, and monitoring inventory levels across the network.

The planner will collaborate closely with sales, operations, logistics, and finance to balance service levels, costs, and capacity, while maintaining accurate planning records and reports. The role also involves identifying process improvements, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring planning activities align with company standards and timelines.

• Candidates should possess strong demand-focused skills, including Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting.
• Candidates should possess robust supply-related capabilities, such as Supply Planning and Production Planning.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, build forecasts, and support decision-making.
• Relevant experience in demand and supply planning within FMCG, food, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in planning tools, ERP systems, and Excel or other data analysis software is advantageous.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market and local regulatory environment in food distribution is a plus.
