Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Procurement specialist to execute category strategies and sourcing activities that support commercial performance and operational continuity. The role works cross-functionally to optimize spend, strengthen supplier performance, and ensure adherence to procurement policies and controls.
- Develop and execute sourcing activities (RFQs, quotations, framework agreements)
- Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of supplier offers
- Negotiate commercial terms within delegated authority
- Support category planning through spend analysis and market research
- Identify cost optimization and consolidation opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance against KPIs
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards

- 3+ years of experience in a procurement role
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Professional certification such as CIPS is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
