Senior Procurement Manager - MEP

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - MEP to join JASARA PMC This role will lead the procurement activities for MEP-related material categories ensuring technically compliant commercially competitive and strategically aligned MPAs

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MEP categories aligned with QMM objectives
• Lead EOI PQQ RFP evaluation BAFO recommendation and award processes
• Coordinate with MEP technical advisors design consultants and cost consultants
• Lead supplier market sounding long listing prequalification and supplier capability assessments
• Prepare commercial analysis negotiation strategies and award recommendations
• Manage category schedules risks issues approvals and stakeholder communications

• 10+ years procurement experience with significant exposure to MEP packages.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, supplier markets, technical interfaces and commercial drivers.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.
• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records.
