We are looking for a Procurement Assistant with at least 2 years' experience in the same field (technical services / electrical / industrial equipment supply) to support our purchasing and supplier activities.
What we Need- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders (POs).
- Get quotations from suppliers and compare offers.
- Source electrical and technical equipment as per requirements.
- Register and verify suppliers (CR and VAT details).
- Coordinate with suppliers on delivery, shipment, and any issues.
- Support import shipments and customs documentation.
- Keep procurement records organised and up to date.
- Follow up on invoices and coordinate with Finance for payment.
- Work with the Planning, Operations, and Finance teams.
