The role sits at the heart of Nokia's supply chain, leading a team and orchestrating the flow of goods and services from procurement to delivery across a complex, cross-functional multinational environment.

You lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You develop and implement strategic supply chain plans ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends, and stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

You negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of goods and services. You develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and internal teams to drive supply chain excellence.

You monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying improvement areas and implementing process enhancements. You collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to optimize supply chain processes and ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

You ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, maintaining a safe and secure supply chain environment across all operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field;
  Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of supply chain management experience with a proven track record in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cross-functional environments
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics platforms
• CSCP or CPIM certification is an advantage
• Multinational organization experience preferred
