Technical & Logistical Supply Operations

Foundgates is hiring a Technical and Logistical Supply Operations professional for a leading company in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on coordination, monitoring, and optimization of technical supply processes for large-scale projects and warehouse operations. You will work closely with procurement, warehouse, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• 1.
  * Coordination & Monitoring:* Track technical supply processes from purchase order to delivery
• 2.
  * Inventory Management:* Develop and maintain accurate spare parts lists for equipment and projects
• 3.
  * Data Management:* Refurbish and update part codes as per unified extension support principles and company standards
• 4.
  * Warehouse Operations:* Assess, verify, and manage ship store equipment and warehouse stock
• 5.
  * Process Optimization:* Identify gaps in supply chain and recommend improvements to reduce cost and lead time
• 6.
  * Reporting:* Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock levels, consumption, and supply status
• 7.
  * Compliance:* Ensure all operations follow Saudi labor law, company SOPs, and safety standards
• 8.
  * Vendor Coordination:* Liaise with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of technical materials

  * Education:
  
  * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
• 2.
  
  * Certifications:
  
  * CPIM, CPSM, or CSCMP certification preferred. Other supply chain certifications are a plus
• 3.
  
  * Experience:
  
  * Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain operations AND minimum 5 years in Warehouse/Logistics management
• 4.
  
  * Skills:
  
  * Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, MS Excel, and inventory management
• 5.
  * Age:* 25 to 40 years preferred
