We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Sourcing Executive in Saudi Arabia
. Our client is seeking skilled, motivated professionals capable of supporting sourcing and procurement activities effectively.
- Identify and source suitable suppliers and vendors based on organizational requirements.
- Research supplier markets and identify competitive sourcing opportunities.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations based on commercial and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, specifications, and delivery requirements.
- Support negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
- Maintain accurate supplier, quotation, and sourcing documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and internal stakeholders to support purchasing requirements.
- Monitor supplier responsiveness and assist in resolving sourcing-related issues.
- Supplier Sourcing: Ability to identify and shortlist appropriate suppliers.
- Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors throughout sourcing activities.
- Negotiation: Capability to support price and commercial-term negotiations.
- Market Research: Ability to research supplier markets and sourcing alternatives.
- Procurement Coordination: Understanding of sourcing-to-purchase workflows.
- Supplier evaluation and comparison
- Quotation and commercial analysis
- Sourcing documentation and reporting

Typical: 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, vendor development, or a related function may be suitable for an executive-level sourcing position. Relevant experience dealing with suppliers and commercial quotations is beneficial.
Minimum: Typical — Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline
Preferred: Typical — Supply Chain/Procurement qualification or certification
