We're Hiring:
Planning Officer
We are a leading medical device company specializing in Orthopedic Implants, Trauma Solutions, Sports Medicine, and Medical Disposables. We're looking for an analytical Planning Officer to drive our demand and supply planning operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input
- Create and manage production and procurement plans to meet customer demand
- Balance inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams for alignment
- Monitor supply plan execution and adjust based on changing demand
- Prepare planning reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management
- Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes
- Analyze product lifecycle and plan for new product introductions and phase-outs
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in demand/supply planning, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and planning tools
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is a plus
