We're Hiring:
Supply Chain Manager

We are a leading medical device company specializing in Orthopedic Implants, Trauma Solutions, Sports Medicine, and Medical Disposables
. We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team and drive end-to-end supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery

• Manage demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution operations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for medical devices (SFDA, ISO 13485)

• Lead inventory management and minimize stock-outs and excess inventory

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, and Operations teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain planning tools

• Experience with international logistics and customs regulations

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

• CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent certification is a plus
