We're Hiring:
Logistics Officer
Join our team at a leading medical device company specializing in Orthopedic Implants, Trauma Solutions, Sports Medicine, and Medical Disposables
. We're seeking an organized Logistics Officer to manage our distribution and transportation operations.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments of medical devices
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers
- Ensure timely delivery of products to hospitals, distributors, and customers
- Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance
- Track shipments and resolve any logistics issues or delays
- Optimize transportation costs and delivery routes
- Ensure cold chain compliance where required for medical products
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams for order fulfillment
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2-4 years of logistics experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
- Knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and Incoterms
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
