We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of E-Commerce Operations Executive in Saudi Arabia . Sisco Jobs is seeking skilled, motivated professionals to manage the day-to-day operations of an online store. The role involved order fulfillment, inventory updates, shipment handling, dispatch coordination, returns, and customer order support.

• Process and fulfill online customer orders accurately and on time.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify items against shipment documentation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for safe and timely dispatch.
• Update inventory records and maintain accurate order statuses.
• Coordinate with courier companies and delivery partners for order movement.
• Process customer returns and exchanges according to operational procedures.
• Handle basic customer queries relating to orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage routine e-commerce operational activities and maintain smooth daily order flow.

• E-Commerce Operations — Ability to manage day-to-day online store operational workflows.
