Logistics Coordinator

Role Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics operations across tournament venues and sites. The role will assist with the movement of equipment and materials, deliveries, logistics requests and coordination with suppliers, drivers and venue teams.

• Coordinate deliveries, collections and movement of equipment and materials.
• Track logistics requests, deliveries and equipment movements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, contractors and venue teams.
• Assist with receiving, checking and distributing materials and equipment.
• Maintain basic logistics records, schedules and tracking documents.
• Support venue logistics activities before and during tournament operations.
• Help resolve day-to-day logistics issues and escape where required.
• Assist with loading, unloading and movement of items when required.

• Proficiency in logistics/ERP software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Negotiation skills for vendor and carrier coordination

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of local customs regulations and import/export procedures is a plus
• Valid iqama

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination
• Prior experience working within the Saudi Arabian market is preferred
