This role oversees the ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes of products and supplies.

The main duties of this role include controlling the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking, and analysing inventory maintenance as well as developing protocols for loss mitigation.

• Optimizes inventory control procedures
• Examine the levels of materials and supplies to determine shortages
• Documents daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory
• Creates detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels (counting,cycle counting,audit counting) physical and systems counts are the same
• Transacts the transfers and receipts
• Evaluates new inventory and ensures it’s ready to ship
• Orders new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies (not for US)
• Analyzes various suppliers to ensure the company is receiving the best cost-effective deals
• Holds experience and knowledge in standard concepts, practices and procedures within two or more of the relevant fields
• Relies on instructions, pre-established guidelines or on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish the functions and goals of the job
• Monitors inventory level to ensure quantity is available
• Prepares purchase orders and places orders from the list of screened venders
• Handles basic issues and problems
• Possesses basic mathematical
• Reports typically to a supervisor or manager
