Procurement Specialist

Responsible for supporting CNTXT’s procurement operations by executing sourcing activities, supporting procurement processes, and adhering to company policies. Assists the procurement team, collaborates with internal stakeholders, and contributes to efficiency and consistency across procurement operations.

Assist in implementing procurement policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with company objectives.

Execute day-to-day procurement activities and ensure alignment with established strategies and policies.

Support business units in procurement planning, demand forecasting, and process execution.

Monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and ethical practices.

Collaborate with team members and offer operational support to streamline purchasing workflow.

Contribute to process improvement and digitization initiatives within the procurement function.

Procurement Execution:
Execute day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring adherence to defined frameworks and compliance standards. Assist in timely and cost-effective procurement activities.

Stakeholder Support:
Work closely with internal teams to understand purchasing needs, provide advice on procurement procedures, and ensure requirements are fulfilled in line with company policies.

Process & Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure procurement processes are followed consistently across categories. Track adherence to ethical sourcing, governance frameworks, and regulatory standards.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline procurement workflows, adopt digital tools, and implement best practices that improve efficiency and transparency.

Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with peers and cross-functional teams to share operational knowledge, foster collaboration, and support team objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

3–6 years of procurement or supply chain experience.

Experience coordinating procurement activities within mid-to-large organizations.

Exposure to process improvement and procurement digitization is an advantage.

Professional certification in Procurement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

Procurement Process Management:
Knowledge of end-to-end procurement workflows and ability to ensure compliance with policies.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Strong skills in supporting and collaborating with business units to meet procurement needs.

Process Improvement:
Ability to identify inefficiencies and contribute to workflow optimization and digitization.

Compliance & Risk Awareness:
Understanding of procurement governance, ethical sourcing, and regulatory requirements.

Negotiation & Supplier Management:
Skilled in conducting supplier negotiations, managing vendor relationships, and driving favorable outcomes.

Strategic Sourcing & Cost Management:
Strategically manage costs by making decisions that secure the best value for the company.
