Inventory Manager

Inventory Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our company in Riyadh. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory tracking, and developing strategies to optimize inventory processes.

• Develop and implement inventory management procedures and policies to ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and product demand to anticipate potential supply chain issues and develop solutions.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or issues.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement, such as reducing excess stock or increasing stock turnover.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply-related issues.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
• Train and supervise inventory staff, including setting goals, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues.
• Implement safety measures for handling and storing inventory items in accordance with company standards.
• Prepare monthly reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any relevant metrics.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in developing effective inventory management procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles is preferred.

The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

We offer visa sponsorship for non-Saudi candidates.

This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Pakistani or Filipino candidates.

This is a full-time position.

Fluency in English is not required for this position. However, basic English skills are preferred.
