As our new Senior Logistics Specialist, you will be driving end-to-end logistics operations from location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, ensuring efficient movement of products from warehouses to customers while continuously improving processes and service levels.

- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations including shipping, warehousing, and distribution across the Middle East and Egypt.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and optimize logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, freight costs, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations, import/export requirements, and Grundfos quality standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and planning teams to align logistics activities with demand forecasts.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Above all, you are a detail-oriented logistics professional with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Middle Eastern trade regulations, and a proven track record of driving operational improvements in complex supply chain environments.
We would also imagine that you have:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within the Middle East and Egypt.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi customs procedures, import/export regulations, and local trade compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and logistics management tools.
- Experience working in a multinational manufacturing or industrial company.
- APICS, CILT, or similar supply chain certification.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
