Manager - Procurement Management

Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering a landmark giga project under Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, focused on delivering an entertainment, cultural, and lifestyle destination. As a Manager of Procurement Performance Management, you will drive procurement excellence by managing performance measurement frameworks, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and maintain procurement performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs) to monitor efficiency, compliance, and value delivery across procurement activities.
• Analyze procurement data and produce insightful reports and dashboards to track category and supplier performance against targets.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Business Unit procurement teams in performance tracking and improvement plans.
• Lead supplier performance management initiatives by monitoring contract adherence and facilitating corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence within the procurement function.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement performance management, data analytics, or operational excellence roles in large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, performance measurement methodologies, and supplier management.
• Proficient in data visualization and procurement software tools such as SAP, Ariba, or Prism.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
