PL Logistics Officer

A leading company in Riyadh is looking for a qualified 3PL Logistics Officer to support its logistics operations and distribution activities. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in fleet management, last-mile delivery, and coordination with third-party logistics providers.

The role requires strong operational knowledge, vendor coordination skills, and the ability to manage daily logistics activities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have experience handling fleet operations, shipment tracking, and delivery scheduling to ensure smooth distribution processes.

• Manage daily logistics operations, including fleet coordination and last-mile delivery activities.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, and transportation partners.
• Oversee fleet operations, including managing a fleet of more than 15 vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance activities and manage relationships with rental and service vendors.
• Monitor shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and fleet utilization to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate logistics records.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Experience in fleet management, transportation coordination, and distribution activities.
• Practical knowledge of coordinating with 3PL warehouses and logistics service providers.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Must currently be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate immediately.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, reporting, and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Shipment tracking and delivery scheduling.
• Fleet utilization and logistics operations.
• Microsoft Excel and logistics/ERP systems. Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
