Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a proactive and results-driven Parts Supervisor to join its operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Parts Supervisor will oversee daily parts handling and distribution activities, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and inventory control. The position requires strong operational leadership, effective resource management and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity. The successful candidate will supervise Parts associates and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operators, monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers, and ensure operational performance meets established service level agreements and key performance indicators.

The role also involves workforce planning, equipment utilization, cost control and continuous improvement initiatives to support efficient parts operations and customer satisfaction.
