Material Expediter​/Procurement

Esnad Contracting Company is looking for a Material Expediter to join its team in Riyadh.

• Track purchase orders and monitor material delivery schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers on manufacturing progress, inspections, shipping, and delivery dates.
• Identify potential delays, material shortages, and supply chain risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, and Project teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Expedite critical and long-lead materials to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate material tracking logs, supplier commitments, and outstanding delivery records.
• Coordinate material inspections, shipping documents, packing lists, and delivery requirements.
• Prepare regular material status reports and provide progress updates to management.
• Follow up on corrective actions to resolve delayed or incomplete deliveries.

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in material expediting, procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or contracting projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of purchase orders, supplier coordination, and material delivery processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
