Responsibilities:

Register and maintain the company's profiles on e-procurement portals (SAP Ariba, Oracle, and client vendor portals)
Monitor portals daily for new tenders and RFQs in private and government sectors
Download, organize, and track tender documents and deadlines
Upload bids, pricing, and technical/commercial documents accurately and on time
Enter pricing and data with a high level of accuracy and double-check all submissions
Coordinate with the Business Development, Technical, and Finance teams to collect required documents
Keep company documents up to date (CR, VAT, Zakat, GOSI, Saudization certificates, etc.)
Maintain a tender tracker and report submission status to management
Follow up with clients on clarifications, addenda, and results

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
1–2 years of experience with e-procurement or tendering portals (preferred)
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle, or Etimad is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
Good communication skills in Arabic and English
Organized and able to meet tight deadlines
