Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of experience in procurement, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the Food and Beverage sector, cafés, or multi-branch retail is essential.
- Experience handling specialty coffee beans or importing is required.
- Professional procurement certification is preferred (e.g., CIPS or CPSM).
- Strong negotiation and contract execution skills.
- Ability to perform financial analysis and control costs.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and office software (Excel).
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English for dealing with international suppliers.
- Procurement cost savings percentage compared to the budget.
- On-time delivery rate from suppliers.
- Stock shortage percentage in branches.
- Rejected or reworked materials percentage due to quality.
- Lead time for completing purchase orders.
