Position Description
- Place and manage purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order and payment-related issues
- BSR daily commit updates
- Shipment Management amp RMA
- Shipment follow up and tracking along with logistic and import amp export team from supplier
- Work with cross functions teams amp suppliers to resolve shipment and material issues including receiving discrepancies quantity mismatches quality issues and RMA cases
- Work closely GSM amp GCM to resolve material allocation supply and pricing issues
- Support Accounting and suppliers in resolving invoice and payment-related issues
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth purchasing operations
- At least 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience is required
- Detail-oriented self-motivated and responsible with a strong sense of ownership
- Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively
