Esnad contracting company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join its team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities- Source spare parts, equipment, tools, and maintenance materials from qualified suppliers.
- Request and evaluate quotations based on price, quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve procurement issues.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
- Identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain supplier records, procurement reports, and purchase order documentation.
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in spare parts, equipment, or MRO materials.
- Good knowledge of supplier management, quotation evaluation, and purchasing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Good command of English.
