Manage the sourcing and purchasing of IT equipment, systems, and technology solutions while maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting timely, cost-effective project delivery.
Key responsibilities- Source IT equipment, products, systems, and related technology solutions.
- Request, collect, and evaluate supplier quotations.
- Compare commercial offers based on cost, specifications, availability, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Work closely with project, technical, and commercial teams to understand procurement requirements.
- Support cost-effective purchasing while maintaining required specifications and quality.
- Maintain accurate procurement and supplier documentation.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience within IT procurement or the technology sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and deadlines.
