PM Engineer AREEB Project Management

The PM Engineer supports the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of local content requirements across company projects and procurement activities in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with applicable LCGPA requirements and supports initiatives to improve local sourcing and local value contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track local content performance across procurement, projects, and operational activities.
• Collect, validate, and analyze local content data related to suppliers, procurement, workforce, and expenditures.
• Prepare local content reports and supporting documentation in line with applicable LCGPA requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, HR, Projects, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely data.
• Support local content audits, assessments, compliance activities, and initiatives to increase local sourcing.

Experience

Required:

3–5 years of experience in local content, procurement, supply chain, project controls, or a related function in Saudi Arabia.

Education

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of Saudi local content requirements and LCGPA frameworks
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and suppliers
• Strong attention to detail
