Logistics - Administrative Officer

BEC Arabia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
** Logistics - Administrative Officer
** to join our Logistics Department in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of logistics operations across our diverse portfolio of projects, which include commercial buildings, infrastructure development, and government mega-projects. As a key member of the logistics team, you will provide administrative and operational support to facilitate the efficient movement of materials, equipment, and personnel.

You will work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and external vendors to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

• ** Coordinate
  * * logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
• ** Maintain
  * * accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation in compliance with company policies.
• ** Liaise
  * * with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to resolve any logistical issues.
• ** Monitor
  * * and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and address any delays proactively.
• ** Prepare
  * * and process purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative documents related to logistics operations.
• ** Ensure
  * * compliance with Saudi Labor Law and other regulatory requirements, including GOSI and Saudization (Nitaqat) standards.
• ** Support
  * * the logistics team in planning and scheduling transportation routes to optimize efficiency.
• ** Develop
  * * and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• ** Assist
  * * in the preparation of logistics reports and performance metrics for management review.
• ** Implement
  * * and uphold safety and quality standards in all logistics activities, adhering to ISO 4501 and ISO 9001 guidelines.

• ** Bachelor’s degree
  ** in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of
  ** 3 years of experience
  ** in logistics or administrative roles, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficiency in
  ** logistics management software
  ** and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of
  ** Saudi Labor Law**, GOSI, and Nitaqat compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in
  ** Microsoft Office Suite**, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in
  ** English**; proficiency in
  ** Arabic
