This full-time on-site role, based in Riyadh, is for an experienced Installation Manager. The Installation Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and troubleshooting of furniture installations, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines. They will supervise installation teams, communicate with clients to align expectations, and sustain high standards for customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes conducting site assessments, resolving technical challenges, and collaborating with other departments to optimize service delivery.

• Proven experience in installation management, with proficiency in team supervision and project coordination.
• Technical knowledge of furniture installation, including an understanding of materials, layout design, and problem-solving on-site issues.
• Proficiency in customer communication and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards related to installation projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively.
• Experience in the fields of furniture manufacturing, interior design, or related industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any relevant filed.
