Maintenance and NPI Technician

JOB OBJECTIVE

To ensure the reliable, safe and efficient operation of field equipment by performing effective electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, minimizing downtime, supporting new product introduction activities and continuous improvement initiatives while complying with safety and maintenance standards.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and electromechanical equipment faults.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to maintenance schedules.
• Report all equipment issues, breakdowns and recurring faults to the Maintenance Manager in a timely and clear manner.
• Use technical drawings, manuals and diagnostic tools to perform maintenance activities accurately.
• Support machinery installation, commissioning and upgrades.
• Respond effectively to emergency breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lockout tagout (LOTO) and company policies.
• Record maintenance activities, spare parts usage and equipment condition accurately.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support root‑cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, with strong knowledge of PC software and a keen willingness to learn new technologies.

Above 5 years of relevant experience.

• Hands‑on experience with industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills across maintenance, engineering and operations teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.

• Comply with local HSE laws and legislation.
• Use safety equipment including PPE as required and intended.
