Site Deployment Lead

Lead the successful installation and deployment of world-class themed entertainment projects. As a Site Deployment Lead at Holovis, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of permanent installations, managing onsite teams and partners, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring our projects are installed and handed over to Holovis standards.

• Have extensive experience leading onsite technical audio visual installations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams through complex deployments
• Are confident working in construction environments - maintaining focus driving safety, quality and efficiency
• Can communicate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, engineers, and project teams in resolving and overcoming challenges in a practically and collaboratively
• Take ownership of site readiness, risk management, logistics, and commissioning activities to ensure successful project delivery

• Construction, MEP Services, Telecommunications, Shopfitting, Manufacturing, Industrial Installations, Building Systems Integration

• Proven experience leading large-scale technical installations from fabrication through commissioning and handover
• Strong understanding of site operations, logistics, deployment planning, and installation methodologies
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and compliance processes within construction or technical environments
• Ability to conduct thorough site surveys and assess site readiness before deployment through clear documentation
• Right to live, work, and drive in Saudi Arabia
• Resident in Riyadh

• Themed entertainment deployment methodologies and installation best practices
• Holovis documentation standards and HPMS workflows (from testing to installation to handover) and client standards and specifications

• Lead all project activities relating to build and deployment, from fabrication and testing through installation, commissioning, and final handover
• Lead packing, shipping, logistics, and material coordination activities as required to meet deadlines

• Proactively ensure the safety and well‑being of all Holovis personnel onsite
• Identify training needed on a deployment and individual basis to appropriately meet site and project needs
• Work closely with the HSE Manager to ensure compliance with site‑specific safety requirements and regulations
• Represent the best of Holovis installation and quality standards and lead the team to follow the same stringent standards
• Support Technical Directors and Project Engineers in ensuring the environments and solutions are prepared and installed as per the design documentation, proactively escalating concerns or errors as they are found
• Able to effectively work across time zones

You’ll drive safety, quality, and productivity while fostering collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, and technical teams. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
