Responsibilities
- Provide basic support of installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment.
- Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes and make minor changes.
- Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to both internal and external parties.
- Evaluate work in the context of the standard size and deliver own output following broad framework or standards.
- Address problems and issues that fall within a single job area or discipline with well‑defined scope.
- Associate or Technical degree (2‑year degree) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years suggested experience.
- Specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades or office operations areas.
- Application knowledge narrow (domestic) and limited within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
- Individual contributor; no direct responsibility for leading others.
