Lead production planner

You’ll play a key role in ensuring maintenance targets and contractual obligations are achieved, contributing to the success of critical Riyadh metro L4, L5, and L6 maintenance operations. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (OCC, FAMM, and Maintenance Team), overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Ensuring maintenance targets and contractual obligations are met to achieve project KPIs.
• Reviewing and validating completed work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive weekly schedule of work orders.

• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and maintenance workflows.
• Familiarity with KPIs and performance analysis in maintenance operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience or understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination within a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Leadership skills to act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
