Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct a team of cleaning staff to ensure all office areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning quality, identifying and rectifying any deficiencies promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial or office cleaning, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Certification in cleaning techniques or facility management is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a cleaning crew effectively.
