Responsibilities

The role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across assigned facilities within facilities management operations. It ensures that all indoor and common areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable by performing routine cleaning tasks and supporting overall housekeeping operations. Clean and sanitize floors, walls, windows, restrooms, and other assigned areas in accordance with established procedures. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Empty waste bins, segregate waste, and dispose of garbage in designated areas. Replenish consumables such as soap, tissue, and cleaning supplies in restrooms and common areas. Clean and disinfect high‑touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards. Assist in deep cleaning activities and periodic cleaning schedules. Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisor.

• Basic education or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance support roles.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment usage.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedure.
