Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising housekeeping staff ensuring high-quality cleaning services are delivered in accordance with company standards and client requirements The role focuses on maintaining service quality operational efficiency health safety compliance and customer satisfaction

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff
• Assign tasks and monitor productivity to ensure work is completed on time and according to quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company and client requirements
• Train coach and support housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures equipment operation and safety practices
• Ensure compliance with Health Safety and Environmental HSE policies and procedures
• Monitor attendance shift schedules and staff performance
• Manage cleaning supplies chemicals equipment and inventory ensuring proper usage and availability
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance or replacement when required
• Respond promptly to client requests complaints and operational issues ensuring timely resolution
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational reports
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Ensure proper documentation of operational activities and maintain accurate records
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant certifications in Housekeeping, Facilities Management, or Occupational Health & Safety are an advantage.

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, facilities management, or hospitality.
• Experience working in outsourced cleaning or facility management companies is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of Health & Safety (HSE) standards and best practices.
