Maintenance Manager
The Operations amp Maintenance Professional is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and maintenance activities to ensure assets facilities infrastructure and utilities operate safely efficiently and in accordance with organizational objectives The role supports preventive corrective and predictive maintenance programs while driving continuous improvement reliability and service excellence
Key Responsibilities Operations Management- Monitor and oversee daily operational activities to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
- Ensure operational processes comply with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency
- Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and improvement initiatives
- Monitor operational performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when required
- Develop and implement preventive corrective and predictive maintenance programs
- Ensure maintenance activities are executed in accordance with approved schedules and standards
- Monitor equipment performance reliability and maintenance effectiveness
- Coordinate maintenance shutdowns inspections testing and commissioning activities
- Review maintenance work orders and ensure timely closure of maintenance requests
- Support asset lifecycle management from commissioning through operation and replacement
- Maintain accurate asset registers and maintenance records
- Monitor asset condition and recommend refurbishment or replacement strategies
- Participate in asset performance reviews and reliability improvement initiatives
- Support implementation of asset management frameworks aligned with ISO 55001 principles
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Conduct site inspections and identify operational and maintenance risks
- Support incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions
- Ensure all operational and maintenance personnel follow safe working practices
- Monitor contractor compliance with health safety and environmental requirements
- Track operational and maintenance KPIs
- Analyze system performance downtime trends and maintenance costs
- Prepare operational reports maintenance reports and management dashboards
- Develop recommendations to improve efficiency reliability and service quality
- Support budgeting forecasting and resource planning activities
- Manage maintenance contractors service providers and vendors
- Review contractor performance against service level agreements SLAs
- Coordinate with consultants authorities and operational stakeholders
- Support procurement activities related to maintenance materials and services
- Participate in operational and maintenance meetings
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimization
- Support digital transformation initiatives including CAFM CMMS and asset management systems
- Implement best practices in operations maintenance and reliability engineering
- Participate in audits and support compliance improvement initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related discipline). Professional certifications such as CMRP, PMP, IAM, ISO 55001, or equivalent are advantageous. Technical certifications related to facilities, infrastructure, utilities, or asset management are preferred. 4-8 years of experience in operations, maintenance, facilities management, infrastructure management, utilities, or asset management. Experience with in large-scale developments, industrial facilities, infrastructure projects, airports, hospitality destinations, or smart cities is preferred.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and maintenance contractors.
