We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Facility Services Supervisor in Saudi Arabia
. Our client is seeking skilled, motivated professionals capable of supervising day-to-day facility services and maintaining high operational, safety, cleanliness, and service standards.

• Supervise daily facility services and ensure assigned areas are maintained to required standards.
• Coordinate preventive and routine maintenance activities across facilities.
• Monitor housekeeping, cleaning, utilities, and general facility support activities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and identify maintenance or service issues.
• Allocate duties to facility services staff and monitor completion and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and service vendors as required.
• Maintain operational records and report facility issues, incidents, and service requirements to management.

• Facility Operations: Ability to coordinate routine facility services and operational requirements.
• Preventive Maintenance: Understanding of planned maintenance schedules and basic facility maintenance processes.
• Team Supervision: Ability to allocate work, monitor performance, and supervise facility personnel.
• Safety Compliance: Working knowledge of workplace safety and facility compliance procedures.
• Facility Inspection: Ability to identify maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and service deficiencies.

• Vendor and contractor coordination
