We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Assistant Facility Supervisor in Saudi Arabia
. Our client is seeking skilled, motivated professionals to support day-to-day facility operations, maintenance coordination, workplace safety, and service quality.

• Assist in supervising daily facility operations and ensure assigned areas are maintained effectively.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance, housekeeping, and safety issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, housekeeping teams, vendors, and other facility service personnel.
• Monitor completion of assigned maintenance work and maintain appropriate service records.
• Support implementation of workplace health, safety, and facility compliance procedures.
• Assist the Facility Supervisor in allocating work and monitoring staff performance.
• Report facility issues, maintenance requirements, incidents, and operational concerns to management.

• Facility Operations: Ability to support smooth day-to-day operation of buildings and facilities.
• Maintenance Coordination: Knowledge of coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Facility Inspection: Ability to identify maintenance, cleanliness, and operational issues.
• Safety Compliance: Understanding of workplace safety practices and facility procedures.
• Team Coordination: Ability to coordinate technicians, housekeeping personnel, contractors, and service providers.

• Basic knowledge of MEP/building services.
• Vendor and contractor coordination skills.
• Facility maintenance documentation and reporting skills.

Minimum: Typical qualification — Diploma or bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.

Preferred: Relevant facility management or technical certification.
