RE Maitenance Coordinator

Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians cleaners and support staff Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance PPM activities are executed as scheduled Monitor and verify completion of routine corrective and emergency maintenance works Coordinate and follow up with facility maintenance housekeeping waste management recycling and other service providers Issue and monitor contractor gate passes and site access requirements Ensure all Business Unit BU facility maintenance requirements are addressed promptly and effectively Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards safety cleanliness and operational readiness Follow up on work orders service requests and contractor performance to ensure compliance with company requirements Maintain maintenance records reports and documentation related to facility operations Key Objective Ensure safe efficient and reliable operation of all facilities while maintaining high standards of maintenance housekeeping and service delivery across Riyadh Factory and Riyadh Head Office Proficiency in both spoken amp written English and Arabic is required
