MOBCO Group is seeking an experienced Facility Management Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background and proven experience in facility management operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performance of building facilities and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day facility management and maintenance activities.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify maintenance requirements and potential issues.
- Monitor the performance and condition of mechanical equipment and building systems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with approved standards, procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, service reports, and technical documentation.
- Monitor contractors and ensure compliance with contractual and service-level requirements.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergencies, and facility-related issues.
- Monitor maintenance costs, spare parts, manpower, and other operational requirements.
- Prepare regular facility management and maintenance reports for management.
- Ensure proper implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Facility Management and building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, plumbing, and general building services.
- Experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers.
- Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- Good knowledge of HSE requirements and facility management procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
