Facilities and Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead national maintenance and facilities operations across Ninja stores and supporting locations. The role will oversee regional maintenance teams, ensure operational continuity, and drive high standards of safety, service quality, and maintenance performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in maintenance and facilities management.
• Proven experience in multisite maintenance leadership in Saudi Arabia
  .
• Hands-on experience with CAFM implementation
  .
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems
  .
• Strong vendor and AMC management experience.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and respond effectively to operational escalations.

• Lead Area Maintenance Managers and oversee 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance operations.
• Own national SLA, preventive maintenance, backlog, safety, vendor, and AMC performance
  .
• Manage facilities services including cleaning, water supply, pest control, coffee machines, waste, and related services.
• Implement and optimize CAFM/FSM workflows for tickets, PPM, assets, vendors, and SLA reporting.
• Ensure proper store handovers, snag closure, asset records, and supplier warranty claims.
• Manage operational priorities and maintenance spend in coordination with Finance, Procurement, and Cost Control.
• Resolve major maintenance and operational escalations.

A hands-on leader who can manage a large-scale maintenance operation, drive performance across multiple locations, and ensure reliable and safe facilities operations.
