We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Maintenance Supervisor — Stations Maintenance in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking a qualified professional with at least four years of relevant experience in station maintenance operations and a strong command of English.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, coordinating technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and maintaining operational safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned station facilities.
Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
Inspect mechanical, electrical, and station infrastructure systems to identify maintenance requirements.
Guide maintenance technicians in troubleshooting equipment faults and completing repairs.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reliability.
Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and work completion documentation.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and applicable maintenance standards.
Coordinate with station operations teams to address breakdowns and urgent maintenance needs.
Required Skills- Practical understanding of station facilities and equipment
- Scheduling inspections and routine servicing
- Diagnosing failures and restoring equipment
Identifying electrical and mechanical faults - Coordinating technicians and maintenance tasks
- Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Maintenance reporting and performance analysis
- Knowledge of industrial safety and equipment reliability practices
Candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in the same field , as specified in the vacancy. Practical experience supervising station maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and coordinating technical teams is desirable.
