Chief Executive Officer; Specialty Coffee

Our Group is seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead and expand our specialty coffee division. , and will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of the business. • Develop and execute the long‑term strategic vision for the specialty coffee division, driving sustainable growth and market share.
• Provide strong leadership to the entire organisation, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration that aligns with our commitment to hiring and developing the most efficient and dynamic people.
• Oversee all financial operations, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning to ensure the company's financial health.
• Direct and optimise all aspects of the business operations, from green bean sourcing and quality control to supply chain management and retail customer experience.
• Act as the principal brand ambassador, enhancing brand equity and market presence through strategic marketing and public relations initiatives.
• Lead the senior management team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development to build a high‑performing and motivated workforce.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, strategic partnerships, and product innovation, while staying current with contemporary market trends.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships with the board, investors, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure alignment and support for the company's objectives.

• Proven experience in a senior executive role such as CEO, Managing Director, or General Manager, preferably within the specialty coffee, premium food and beverage, or luxury retail sectors.
• A demonstrable track record of successfully leading a business, driving significant growth, and delivering strong financial results.
• In-depth knowledge of the specialty coffee industry is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
• Excellent financial literacy and experience in managing a full P&L.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate and be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
