• Leadership:
  Demonstrate strong leadership skills by inspiring and guiding personal trainers and branch managers to excel in their roles.

  Foster open communication and collaboration with all departments ensuring that the needs of the staff and clients are met effectively.

• Work Hours:
  
  Area Managers are expected to work 8 hours per day 5 days a week.
• Flexibility:
  Be prepared to adjust schedules as necessary to cover personal trainers or branch managers particularly during peak times or staff absences.
• Availability:
  Be available during holidays to ensure smooth club operations and provide leadership when needed.

• Recruitment: Conduct regular interviews 2 to 4 per week) to identify and onboard talented personal trainers who align with Fast Fits values.
• Continuous Development:
  Engage in ongoing training and development discussions with the team providing constructive feedback and fostering an environment of growth.

• Positive Attitude:
  Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm in daily operations inspiring team members and clients alike.

  Actively participate in teambuilding activities and encourage a collaborative work environment.
