The ProjectThis project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands‑on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub‑contract packages.
You’ll Be Responsible For- Lead pre‑contract commercial and tender management for large‑scale projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Develop and execute procurement and packaging strategies for complex, high‑value work packages.
- Oversee the full tender process, from market engagement to contract award.
- Collaborate with finance to validate estimates and ensure budget compliance.
- Work in fast‑paced, multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.
- Provide expertise in contract models, pricing, and negotiation, especially FIDIC contracts.
- Engage the supply chain, negotiating terms to mitigate risk and secure value.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
- Degree qualification in a relevant subject.
- Professional membership (e.g., MCIPS / MRICS) or equivalent.
- Middle East experience is an advantage.
- Major project experience is essential.
- Main Contractor experience £250+.
- Consultancy experience £1bn+.
